数据链技术在后勤保障中的应用需求研究

为了加快信息化战争条件下后勤保障模式的转变，实现以信息为主导，适时、适地、适量的精确后勤保障，提高后勤保障效能，提出了将数据链技术应用于我军后勤保障的构想。分析了后方勤务数据链的概念、功能以及同其他信息系统之间的区别和联系；对后方勤务数据链的体系架构进行了重点研究；针对基于信息化战争条件下后勤保障的特点和要求，分析了构建后方勤务数据链的可行性以及对后方勤务数据链组网建设的相关问题。

Research on Application Requirements of Data Link Technology in Logistics Support

In order to speed up the transformation of logistics support mode in the information war,and deliver the right material to the right locations at right time under the leadings of the information to improve the efficiency of logistics,the conception of application of the data link technology to logistics support was put forward. First of all,the paper discussed the concept,the function of the rear service data link system,and the difference and connection between with other information systems;and then,we focused on discussing the architecture of the rear service data link system. Finally,based on the characteristics and needs of logistics support in information war,the feasibility of constructing a rear service data link system was simple discussed,and other issues on the rear service data link system construction were analyzed.
