整体中空夹层复合材料隔声性能的有限元研究

摘    要:采用有限元软件 ABAQUS 研究了整体中空夹层复合材料的隔声性能,根据材料的细观结构特点将其等效为加筋双层板,建立了相应的有限元模型计算了整体中空夹层复合材料的隔声量,通过试验数据的对比,验证了计算的准确性,同时对有限元方法、传统质量定律以及传递矩阵法进行了比较;研究了芯材厚度和夹层填充材料对整体中空夹层复合材料隔声性能的影响;研究表明:提高整体中空夹层复合材料芯材厚度或者采用泡沫作为夹层填充材料均能提高整体中空夹层复合材料的隔声性能。

Analysis of Sound Insulation in Hollow Integrated Sandwich Composite with Finite Element Method
Abstract:The sound insulation performance of the hollow integrated sandwich composite was studied with the finite element software ABAQUS.Based on the meso structure characteristics,the hollow integrated sandwich composite was equal to double stiffened panels.Then,the corresponding finite element model was established to calculate the sound insulation.By comparing with experimental results,the accuracy of the models was verified.At the same time,the finite element method,the traditional mass law and the transfer matrix method were compared.The influence of pile’s thickness and sandwich filling material on the sound insulation performance was discussed.The results show that the higher pile’s thickness or using foam as a sandwich filling material can both improve the sound insulation of the hollow integrated sandwich composite.
