| 摘 要： | 对国内外重大危险源的辨识和分级管理的发展状况进行了回顾,分析了武警部队重大危险源辨识与分级管理的基本情况,对武警部队危险源从内部因素、外部因素以及组织因素3个方面进行了定义。从部队安全管理的现实需求出发,针对如何定义划分武警部队的重大危险源以及制订相关的辨识和分级标准进行了分析,并提出对于未来研究发展的一些建议。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the progress in identification and classification under abroad and domestic background, analyzed the situation of identification and classification for major hazard installations in CAPF, and defined the concept of ＂major hazard installation＂ from interior, exterior and organization. It probed into some measures about definition for major hazard installations in CAPF and formulating standard on identification and classification, and put forward some suggestions for the future research |
