X454声表面波滤波器可靠性评估方法

摘    要:结合X454声表面波滤波器结构与功能分析确定的失效分布类型与失效率模型,通过引入环境因子与继承因子对X454及其相似产品全寿命过程中环境试验数据、可靠性试验数据(环境应力筛选试验数据、高温加电寿命试验数据以及室温贮存试验数据等)以及外场联试数据进行收集、转化与融合,研究经典可靠性评估理论应用于多融合试验数据的声表面波器件寿命与可靠度评估的工程化方法。

Abstract:Combining X454 surface acoustic wave filter structure and function analysis to determine the type of failure distribution and failure rate model,by the introduction of environmental factors and inheritance factor with the collection,transformation and integration of the environment test data,the reliability test data( environmental stress screening test data,high temperature and electric life testing data,etc.),the room temperature storage test data and field test data in whole life of X454 and its similar product,studying the application of classical reliability assessment theory to the life and reliability assessment method of engineering on the fusion experiment data of surface acoustic wave device.
