爆炸复合+轧制法制备钛钢复合板工艺研究

摘    要:以Gr1/Q235B爆炸复合板为研究对象,采用不同轧制工艺制备出钛钢复合板,然后分别对不同工艺条件下复合板进行拉剪试验;结果表明:其他条件不变,当开轧温度为900-850℃时,复合板拉剪强度为平均值为141 MPa,满足标准要求,但是试样拉剪结果波动较大,个别试样加工过程中已分离;当开轧温度为850-800℃时,复合板拉剪强度为217 MPa,拉剪结果波动较小;当开轧温度为低于800-750℃时,复合板过轧机受阻,未完成轧制过程;上述分析结果表明:钛钢复合板坯的开轧温度为850-800℃时,复合板结合性能最好。

Study on Explosive Bonding and Rolling Process Parameters of the Cald Plate

Abstract:In this paper,Gr1 / Q235 B clad plate was manufactured by deferent rolling parameters. Then shearing test was employed on the clad plates. The test results show that the shearing strength of the clad plate was 141 MPa when the rolling temperature was 850 - 900 ℃. This value meets the requirement of the standard. But the value is close to the minimum one. When the rolling temperature was 800 - 850 ℃,the shearing strength was about 217 MPa. When the rolling temperature was 750 - 800 ℃,the rolling process was lost. Therefore,base on the above analysis,Process optimization of rolling temperature is 800 -
