基于AEMSim的雷达背架翻转机构设计分析

摘    要:在液压伺服系统设计分析中,传统的数学建模方法比较复杂,通过设计雷达背架翻转机构,利用建模软件AMESim对泵控缸伺服速度控制系统进行建模,并对其位置、压力及流量等关键参数进行了仿真分析,得到了较好的分析结果,满足了设计要求。

Abstract:In the design and analysis, the traditional mathematical modeling is relatively complicated. The radar brace tilting mechanism is designed in the paper and the servo speed controlled system of the pump control cylinder is modeled by the software AMESim, and the key parameters, including position, pressure and flow, is simulated and analyzed. The analytical results show that it meets the design requirements.
