长杆弹垂直侵彻复合装甲机理的研究

摘    要:为抵抗动能弹和破甲弹的侵彻,在车辆关键部位的防护采用复合装甲。根据长杆弹垂直侵彻均质半无限靶板的理论,建立了长杆弹垂直侵彻多层复合装甲的简化模型,对侵彻深度进行了数值模拟,讨论了陶瓷和玻璃钢厚度对复合装甲抗弹效果的影响,并通过实验研究加以验证,实验结果和数值模拟结果吻合较好。

Abstract:In order to resist the penetration of KE projectiles and HEAT projectiles, it is usual to use composite armor for the important place of vehicle. Based on the theory of long rod penetrating into the semi infinite armor target normally, a simplified model for the long rod to penetrate the multi layer composite armor normally is established in this paper, and the depth of penetration is simulated numerically. This paper discusses the effect on defensive ability of ceramic and GFRP in different thickness. It is shown that the experimental results are good agreement with that of numerical simulation.
