固体火箭发动机药柱的结构动态可靠度分析

摘    要:采用Monte Carlo粘弹性随机有限无法,分析了药柱的结构动态可靠度,针对固体火箭发动机药柱材料近似不可压缩和直接Monte Carlo法效率较低的问题,基于Herrmann粘弹性有限元,采用拉丁超立方(LHS)技术进行随机抽样以提高计算的精度和收敛速度.考虑药柱材料参数的随机性,引入极小化变换方法,计算了固体火箭发动机药柱结构的动态可靠度.算例表明该方法精度高、通用性强,适于工程应用。

Abstract:Structural dynamic reliability of grains was analyzed based on Monte Carlo viscoelastic stochastic finite element method.Taking account of the nearly incompressibility of grains and the inefficiency of direct Monte Carlo simulation,Latin Hypercube Sampling(LHS) technique was applied on the basis of Herrman viscoelastic finite element method in order to increase computation precision and convergence rate.Considering the randomness of grain parameters,dynamic reliability and variational trend of the solid rocket motor grains under internal pressure were analyzed in combination with failure criterion and minimal transform method.The results demonstrate that this methodology is accurate and universal,and is suitable for engineering application.
