某火箭弹引信擦地炸机构的碰撞动力学分析

摘    要:针对由于引信擦地炸机构受到火箭突然加速产生部件间碰撞造成某轻型火箭弹在使用过程中出现的弹道炸问题,对其中战斗部系统中各部件之间的碰撞问题进行了动力学分析.根据实际火箭加速曲线对引信擦地炸机构中的碰撞过程进行了修正,计算结果表明其差异还是较大的.该结论对类似机构的设计有借鉴意义.

Abstract:Directing at the launching ballistic explosion due to the collision among the parts caused by the fuse brushing-exploding mechanism being accelerated, the collision dynamics among the parts of a rocket warhead system was analyzed. According to the real accelerating, curves of the rocket, the collision process of the fuse brushing-exploding mechanism were amended. Calculation results show that the real acceleration curves of rocket have much influence on the results. The conclusion is useful to the simular constructure.
