SFRC及混凝土遮弹板抗接触爆炸性能的数值分析

摘    要:为了对混凝土及钢纤维混凝土材料的抗爆炸性能进行对比研究,利用LS-DYNA3D动力有限元程序采用Lagrangian-Eulerian耦合方法,对接触爆炸作用下混凝土及钢纤维混凝土遮弹板的迎爆坑形成过程进行了数值模拟,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好.确定了2种材料爆炸压缩破坏系数Ka值,并给出了遮弹板底部砂土介质中压力的分布情况.研究表明。混凝土中加入钢纤维提高了材料的抗压强度及断裂韧度,使钢纤维混凝土抗爆能力优于基体标号相同的普通混凝土.

Abstract:In order to study the anti-explosion ability of concrete and steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC) materials contrastively,the shaping process of explosive apparent crater of concrete slabs and SFRC slabs under the conditions of contact explosive effect were numerically simulated with Lagrangian-Eulerian coupling method by using LS-DYNA3D.The numerical simulation results coincided well with the experimental data.The values of explosive compression coefficient K_a of two kinds of material were ascertained,and the pressure values distribution of the sandy soil under the slabs were also studied.The study indicates that the anti-explosion ability of SFRC is superior to that of the common concrete,and it is not only caused by compressive strength of SFRC,but fracture toughness of SFRC.
