摘    要:该文讨论了小口径炮计转数定距空炸引信设计涉及的3项关键技术:快速供电电源设计,提高计转数定距精度,结构小型化满足小口径炮弹空间小的要求.针对空气阻力作用导致转速衰减,该文首次提出采用二次曲线拟合法对定距转数进行修正.基于现场实际所得数据,综合考虑了各种影响因素,实践证明效果好.

RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF AIR BURST FUSE OF LITTLE DIAMETER SHELL BASED ON COUNTING ROTATION NUMBER FOR DISTANCE MEASUREMENT
Abstract:Three key technologies referred to the design of air burst fuze of small caliber gun using the method of distance setting by counting rotation number is discussed. They are the design of the fast activating power, the increase of the distance setting accuracy by counting rotation number, the structure minimization to meet the requirement of the limited space of small caliber ammunition. The distance setting accuracy by counting rotation number is affected by the air resistance, so the method of conic numerical simulation to refine counting rotation number for distance measurement is introduced. Taking the experimental data and combining several influence factors, it is proved to be well by the practice.
