冲压式气动伺服系统自振荡频率设计

摘    要:从小型战术导弹总体设计的角度阐述了一种继电控制冲压式伺服系统的自振荡频率的工程分析和设计方法.通过分析自振荡频率ωr与系统频率特性的关系、振荡线性化精度与输入信号和自振荡信号频率比ω0/ωr的关系,提出了自振荡频率的设计方法;通过分析自振荡频率与电磁阀的当量滞后时间的匹配性,提出了对自振荡频率设计结果的校验方法,最后结合某工程实例,验证了上述方法的正确性。

Abstract:This article expounds an engineering design and analysis method for the relay controlled ram air servo system. By analyzing the relation between the self oscillation frequency and the system frequency response, the relation between the precision of the harmonic linearization and the frequency ratio of the input signal and self oscillation signal, a method to design the self oscillation frequency is brought forward. On the basis of the matching of the self oscillation frequency and the relay time of the electromagnetic, a verification method for the designed self oscillation frequency is provided. An example to demonstrate the correction mentioned above method is given.
