弹箭高原阻力系数修正方法研究

摘    要:为解决气动参数不准确导致的高原弹道计算精度低的问题,提出了一种基于数值计算和试验数据参数辨识相结合的弹箭高原阻力系数修正方法。在分析研究雷诺数变化对弹箭阻力系数影响机理的基础上,以某型榴弹为研究对象,通过气动流场数值计算和不同海拔射击试验阻力系数辨识计算,对比分析了不同海拔阻力特性的变化规律,建立了对应不同雷诺数的阻力系数修正计算模型。以平原阻力系数气动辨识结果为基础,通过不同海拔雷诺数的阻力系数修正,实现了较准确的弹箭高原阻力系数的获取。某型榴弹、某型火箭弹和某型迫弹试验验证结果表明,该修正方法获取的弹箭高原阻力系数更接近实际情况,弹道计算结果与射击试验结果吻合更好,相对传统计算方法,计算精度提高了2~6倍。该方法具有一定的通用性,研究成果对高原弹道仿真、编拟准确的高原射表提供了理论指导和技术支持。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of low accuracy of plateau trajectory calculation caused by inaccurate aerodynamic parameters,a correction method for plateau resistence coefficient of projectile based on numerical calculation and parameter identification of test data was proposed. The influence mechanism of Reynolds number change on the resistence coefficient of projectile was analyzed. Taking a certain type of projectile as the object,the variation laws of resistence characteristics at different altitudes were compared and analyzed through the numerical calculation of aerodynamic flow field and the identification calculation of resistence coefficient of firing tests at different altitudes,and the modified calculation model of resistence coefficient corresponding to different Reynolds numbers was established. Based on the aerodynamic identification results of plain resistence coefficient,the more accurate acquisition of plateau resistence coefficient of projectile was realized by modifying the resistence coefficient of Reynolds number at different altitudes. The test results of a certain type of resistence,a certain type of rocket and a certain type of mortar shell show that the plateau resistance coefficient obtained by this correction method is closer to the actual situation,and the trajectory calculation results are in better agreement with the firing test results. Compared with the traditional calculation method,the calculation accuracy is improved by 2~6 times. This method has certain generality,and the research results provide theoretical guidance and technical support for compiling accurate plateau firing table.
