间隙啮合技术在大威力穿甲弹上的应用

摘    要:为有效地降低复合材料弹托发射过程中齿根面应力水平的差异,将啮合间隙技术应用于大威力穿甲弹的复合材料弹托上,给出了间隙啮合技术应用的一般步骤和方法.通过2次间隙调整后,弹托危险齿根面的等效应力值相比传统啮合方式的应力值减少了29%以上,各齿根面的应力趋于接近,使复合材料的强度得以充分发挥.结果表明在大威力穿甲弹复合材料弹托上应用间隙啮合技术是可行的.

Abstract:In order to reduce the difference of stress level of sabot dedendum surface remarkably and the stress of dangerous dedendum surface greatly, interval meshing technology was applied to the composite sabot of high power armor piercing projectiles. After the interval was adjusted twice, the stress of the dangerous dedendum surface decreases 29% compared with the traditional meshing scheme of sabot, and the stress of every dedendum surface tends to be close, so this technology makes full use of the intensity of the composite. The results show that it is feasible to apply interval high power armor piercing projectiles. meshing technology to composite sabot of high power armor piercing projectiles.
