摘    要:阐述了用模糊数学方法对危险品生产或储存系统中安全与否进行评价的多层次评价方法 ,描述了从系统评价层次的划分到最后定量给出系统安全与否的值过程 .给出了实现该算法的计算机程序框图 .通过一个具体例子的计算 ,进一步说明了评价方法 ,据此给出的影响系统安全的各影响因素的检查情况及系统整体的安全状况评价结果而对安全管理所具有的意义

Abstract:The multi layers evaluation method to decide if a system is safe with fuzzy method is explained. The procedure that begins with the layers being divided of the system and end with the quantitative result is described. The frame diagram of the computer program of the algorithm is provided. With a sample, it is further explained that the evaluation method has the instructional effect to the management of safety because it can give out the evaluated result of the whole system and also the result of the inspection of the section, which has the effect to the system's safety.
