某火炮上架结构拓扑优化设计

摘    要:为了有效地减轻火炮质量,对某火炮上架进行了结构优化设计.运用有限元分析和结构拓扑优化设计相结合的方法,依据火炮发射时上架的结构受力特性及其技术设计要求,建立了优化数学模型;利用OptiStruct软件对上架进行了结构拓扑优化.根据优化结果设计的上架结构,质量减小12.17%,刚强度性能满足设计要求.该方法可用于指导火炮其它部件的结构优化设计和轻量化设计.

Abstract:In order to reduce the mass of a gun effectively,optimization design for the structure of the upper carriage of a gun was studied.Combining the method of FEA with the structural topology optimization,an optimal mathematical model was set up according to the load features and design requirements of the upper carriage during firing.Computed the topological optimization of the upper carriage in OptiStruct,the mass of the upper carriage which is redesigned based on the optimal results decreased 12.17%,and the s...
