摘    要:用二级轻气炮发射钢射弹撞击带厚钢盖板的TNT/RDX(40/60)炸药,借助变象管相机观测炸药中引发的爆轰波阵面波形.覆盖整体盖板的炸药出现凸面爆轰波,而在覆盖预制塞盖板的炸药中出现W形爆轰波.这一现象表明,冲击效应是前者引发爆轰的主控机制,而宏观剪切效应是后者引发爆轰的主控机制,按冲击引爆和剪切引爆机制分别进行了射弹引爆带整体盖板和预制塞盖板的TNT/RDX(40/60)炸药的反应流体动力学数值模拟计算,计算结果与实验基本吻合

Abstract:Steel projectiles were launched by a two stage light gas gun to impact onto the TNT/RDX(40/60) explosives covered with a steel thick plate. Detonation of the explosives was identified with the aid of an image converter camera. Divergent detonation wave is observed for explosives covered by an integrity steel plate, which compares a W shape detonation wave front for a pre plugged cover plate. The former evidences shock initiation mechanism dominates while the later the shear initiation mechanism does. Reactive thermodynamic numerical calculations were conducted to simulate with an integrity cover plate and the shear initiations for TNT/RDX(40/60) explosives covered with a pre plugged cover plate. Calculated results agrees fairly well with the experiments.
