“金属风暴”武器的耦合膛压测试弹设计

摘    要:为了获得“金属风暴”武器发射过程中的耦合内弹道参数,以达到武器系统优化改进目的,设计测试“金属风暴”武器相邻弹丸之间耦合膛压的测试弹。针对30 mm小口径武器弹上空间有限、耦合膛压导致弹丸同时受弹底压力、弹前压力,力学特性复杂的问题,设计了测试弹的机械结构,将薄膜压电传感器、加速度传感器、信号采集调理、信息处理和存储、通信传输、电池等电路系统集成一体,制成了耦合膛压测试弹; 为了提高耦合膛压的测量准确性,利用加速度测试结果对薄膜传感器压力测量结果中的惯性力进行了修正。利用“金属风暴”武器开展了射击试验,检验了耦合膛压测试弹的性能。试验结果表明:耦合膛压测试弹的机械强度满足发射及回收要求,测试弹机械结构可以保护薄膜传感器不被火药气体烧蚀,经过加速度传感器修正处理可以得到弹丸发射期间的弹底压力与弹前压力,耦合膛压测试弹能够获得“金属风暴”武器的耦合内弹道参数。

Abstract:In order to obtain the coupling internal ballistic parameters during the launch of the "Metal Storm" weapon,and achieve the purpose of optimization and improvement of the weapon system,a measuring bullet was designed to test the coupling pressure between adjacent bullets of the "Metal Storm" weapon. Due to the coupled chamber pressure,the bullet was subjected to the base pressure and the front pressure simultaneously. In view of the complicated mechanical characteristics of the bullet,as well as the limited space on the 30 mm small-caliber bullet,the mechanical structure of the measuring bullet was designed. The film piezoelectric sensors,the acceleration sensor,the signal conditioning,acquisition,processing,storage,communication circuit and the battery were integrated to form a coupled bore pressure measuring bullet. To improve the measurement accuracy of the coupling bore pressures,the inertial force in the pressure measurement result of the thin film sensor was corrected by the acceleration test result. A shooting experiment was carried out with the "Metal Storm" weapon to verify the performance of the coupling bore pressure measuring bullet. The results show that the mechanical strength of the coupling chamber pressure measuring bullets meets the requirements of launch and recovery. The mechanical structure of the measuring bullet can protect the film sensor from being ablated by the gunpowder gas. After the correction processing by acceleration sensor,the base pressure and the front pressure during the launch of the bullets can be obtained. The pressure measuring bullets can obtain the coupling internal ballistic parameters of the "Metal Storm" weapon.
