单组元粉末发动机内流场数值模拟研究

摘    要:为了研究粉末发动机的工作特性,建立了以火药颗粒为燃料的单组元粉末发动机理论模型,采用CE/SE方法对粉末发动机内流场进行数值模拟。分析了初始颗粒粒径、初始固相体积分数以及堵盖对粉末发动机燃烧过程的影响。计算结果表明:颗粒初始粒径的减小和固相初始体积分数的提高均能提高发动机燃烧室内的压力; 固相体积分数对发动机内温度峰值影响不大; 在点传火阶段,堵盖能提高点火压强,堵盖打开压力越大,增压越明显。

Abstract:To study the operation performance of monopropellant powder engine,a theoretical model of the monopropellant powder engine using grains as fuel was established,and the internal flow-field of powder engine was numerically simulated by the CE/SE method.The effects of the initial particles size,the initial solid volume fraction and the cover on the combustion process of powder engine were analyzed.The results show that the decrease of the particles size and the increase of the solid volume fraction can improve the chamber pressure significantly;the solid volume-fraction has little effect on the peak temperature of the powder engine.The opening pressure of cover has great influence on ignition process;the greater the opening pressure of cover,the higher the combustion chamber pressure.
