摘    要:为了将液体发射药技术应用于迫击炮,针对液体药侧喷结构,在考虑迫击炮基本装药燃烧过程,并计及活塞气室气孔对燃气的节流作用的基础上,建立了再生式液体发射药迫击炮内弹道模型。数值模拟了液体发射药迫击炮内弹道过程,分析了活塞气室气孔、喷射启动压力、喷射孔面积、液体发射药装药量等结构参数对迫击炮内弹道性能的影响,结果表明:活塞气室导气孔面积、喷射孔面积对各腔室的压力及弹丸初速影响较大;液体发射药装药量对初速提高有明显作用,通过匹配系统结构参数及装填条件,在不增大最大膛压的同时可有效提高初速。该文所建模型将为液体发射药迫击炮结构优化和样机研制提供理论参考。

Abstract:To apply the liquid-propellant technology to mortar, the combustion process of mortar basic-charge was considered as well as the throttle effect of piston-chamber blowhole on gas. The interior ballistic model of regenerative-liquid-propellant mortar was established. The effects of structural parameters such as piston air chamber porosity, ejection starting pressure, injection area and liquid propellant charge on the ballistic performance of mortar were analyzed. The results show that the piston area of air chamber and the area of injection port have a great influence on the pressure of chamber and muzzle velocity. The mass of liquid propellant has obvious effect on the improvement of muzzle velocity. The muzzle velocity can be improved effectively by matching the structural parameters and charge conditions without increasing the maximum chamber-pressure. The model provides theoretical guidance for the optimization of the structure and development of liquid-propellant mortar.
