固体火箭发动机一维两相内弹道研究

摘    要:针对目前工程上所采用的固体火箭发动机内弹道模型过于简单(如零维模型、单一气相模型等)和两相内弹道模型难以统一的问题,构造了适用于固体火箭发动机复杂装药条件下统一的一维两相内弹道计算模型,推导了不同类型边界条件、收敛准则、凝相质量等物理模型,采用理论方法计算凝相粒子直径的变化.利用上述模型对某远程火箭发动机进行了内弹道计算与分析,计算结果与实验数据吻合良好,表明该两相内弹道模型可以有效地降低纯气相模型引起的理论与实际之间的模型偏差,有利于提高固体推进剂火箭发动机内弹道的预示精度.

Abstract:The models of internal ballistics adopted widely(e.g.zero-dimensional or single-gaseous) in solid rocket motors(SRM),are too simplex,and some different two-phase internal ballistic models are difficult to be unified.Aiming at the problems,a uniform calculated model of one-dimensional two-phase internal ballistics for complicated grains of SRM was built.Some physical models such as several corresponding boundary conditions,convergence rule,and mass ratio of condensed phase were derived in detail.Size change ...
