摘    要:陶瓷锥的演化在陶瓷靶抗侵彻机理中起着重要的作用.该文通过二维数值模拟研究了AD85陶瓷的损伤及陶瓷锥的形成和发展过程,建立了一种计及侵彻过程中陶瓷损伤演化的流体弹粘塑性本构模型,对陶瓷锥单元的形成提出了临界拉伸损伤和临界等效塑性应变的双重破坏准则.对陶瓷锥的形成条件和可能的力学行为也进行了分析.研究表明,靶厚对陶瓷锥的形成有重要影响.

A NUMERICAL SIMULATION ON ANTI-PENETRATION MECHANISM AND CERAMIC CONE EVOLUTION OF CERAMIC TARGETS
Abstract:The evolution of the ceramic cone takes an important role in the anti-penetration mechanism of ceramic targets. The 2-D numerical simulation is carried out to study the damage of AD85 ceramics and the formation and development of the ceramic cone. A hydroelastic-viscoplastic constitutive model combined with the ceramic damage evolution during penetration is built. Two failure criteria of critical damage and critical plastic strain are suggested to simulate the formation of ceramic cone. The formation conditions and the probable mechanics behavior of ceramic cone are also analyzed. The results indicate that the thickness of targets has prominent influence on the formation of the ceramic cone.
