偶唑火药晶析与弹道性能的关系

摘    要:本文介绍了在火药中加入1,1′二甲基5,5′偶氮四唑化合物所组成的偶唑火药的能量特性,在爆温基本相当的情况下,其火药力比美国的M_(30)高66KJ/kg.还较详细地介绍了偶唑从火药中析出的速度,偶唑析出量对火药弹道性能的影响.通过对硝甘含量不同的十七个样品的实弹射击,证明偶唑的微量析出对火药的弹道性能基本上无影响。

Abstract:This paper related to the energetic properties and combustion behavior ofthe azotetrazole propellant involving 1,1'-dimethy1-5,5'-azotetrazole. In the caseof approximation same explosion temperature, the force of explosive for thepropellant is 66 KJ/kg higher than that of M__(30). The characteristic of propellant iswith high burning rate and burning rate coefficient as two times or more as that ofservice propellants. The frosting rate of azotctrazloe from the propellant and the in-fluence of frosted amount on ballistic properties are diseussed. It is proved thatballistic properties of the propellant are essentially not changed through firing testson 17 propellants samples of different lots with the 7.62mm rifle when frostedamount is reached up to 0.0003g per gram propellant The propellant has been triedto be used as large caliber smooth-bore gun charge and is hopeful for this purpose.
