摘    要:介绍了某火炮弹协调器的工作原理,运用ADAMS软件创建了弹协调器的多体动力学模型,运用AMEsim软件建立了弹协调器液压仿真模型,通过软件间接口建立了co-simulation模型。以ADAMS为主控制软件,对系统的动态工作过程进行联合仿真。设置液压泵内泄漏、减压阀堵塞、液压缸内泄漏等典型故障,并以此为基础进行仿真,得到了不同参数对仿真结果的影响。该方法能较为准确地反映装填系统的主要性能指标和系统实际运行特性,可为后续的研究提供基础。

Abstract:The working principle of a certain gun ammunition coordinator was introduced,and the multi-body dynamics model of the artillery ammunition coordinator was established by using ADAMS software.The hydraulic simulation model of the ammunition coordinator was established by AMESim software,and the co-simulation model was established through the interface between the software.The ADAMS was taken as the main control software to jointly simulate the dynamic working process of the system.The typical faults such as hydraulic pump internal leakage,pressure reducing valve blockage and hydraulic cylinder leakage were set.On this basis,the simulation was carried out,and the effects of different parameters on the simulation results were obtained.This method can accurately reflect the main performance indicators of the loading system and the actual operating characteristics of the system,which provides a basis for subsequent research.
