汽轮机缸体三维有限元建模方法研究

摘    要:研究汽轮机缸体建模的一般方法,基于AutoCAD和有限元建模工具ViziCad,提出了汽轮机缸体建模的一种新思路。根据缸体结构的特点,将缸体分成若干子模块,实施有限元网络自动剖分,得到了模块的有限元模型,再进行子模块粘接,建立整个缸体结构的有限元模型。应用此方法,得到了国产125MW汽轮机低压内缸三维有限元整体模型。

Abstract:This paper deals with the general method to construct a model of the turbine casing in 3 dimension FEM. On the base of AutoCAD and ViziCad tools, we suggested a new idea to construct the meshes of the turbine casing. The while casing is divided into a series of sub - model, and the mesh of this sub - model is obtained by automatic mesh generation. The meshes of the while casing are obtained by the adding of the submodel one by one. As an example, the meshes of a turbine casing are shown in the paper.
