某除湿级动叶两相流数值模拟

摘    要:核电汽轮机的大多数级工作在湿蒸汽区,湿蒸汽引起的侵蚀主要有长期低负荷运行引起的静叶出气边根部水蚀以及在动叶进气边顶部的水蚀。如何有效提高动叶除湿能力,降低进气边顶部侵蚀是汽轮机研究的重要课题。基于CFD软件平台,选择k-ε湍流模型和离散相模型研究5μm、20μm、50μm、100μm、150μm、200μm直径的水滴在某除湿级动叶流道中的运动情况,获得动叶内部流动特性以及对水滴的捕捉能力,为除湿级动叶研究和设计提供一些技术建议。

Abstract:Most stages of nuclear steam turbine work in wet steam condition.There are mainly two kinds of corrosion caused by wet steam: water erosion at the boot of stator blades outlet side due to long-term low load operation and water erosion at the top of moving blades inlet side.The way to improve the removing-humidity ability of moving blades and reduce the corrosion at the top of inlet is the important subject for steam turbine study.This paper based on CFD software platform.Using the k-ε turbulence model and discrete phase model,the motion situation of water droplets in a certain removing-humidity stage blade channel with 5μm,20μm,50μm,100μm,150μm and 200μm in diameter was researched.In this research,we can get the flow characteristics and catching probability for water droplets in the moving blades,and puts forward suggestions in research and design of removing-humidity stage moving blades.
