ICMMS中的诊断与维护体系

摘    要:控制、维护和管理已经成为现代大型工业生产企业中3个主要的技术领域,三者的集成不仅能够实现数据资源的充分共享,而且能够有效降低企业的综合成本。为了提高故障诊断系统的可靠性、实时性,有效集成来自设备制造商、产品用户和第3方机构的设备管理资源,成功实现预知维护,系统地介绍了智能控制-维护-技术管理集成系统(Intelligentcontrolmaintenancetechnicalmanagementsystem,ICMMS)功能模型,并提出了一个具有Tele ser vice和E service功能的诊断与维护体系,以及预知维护模型。

Abstract:Control, maintenance and management are three main technical domains in a modern industrial enterprise of large scale. By the integration of the three domains, the fully sharing in the data resource has been implemented as well as the decreasing of the enterprise's total cost. In order to increase the reliability and real-time of the diagnostic system, integrate the equipment management resource from the equipment manufacturer, the customer and the third organization, implement the Predictive maintenance successful, the function model of ICMMS is introduced in the paper. Furthermore the architecture of diagnosis and maintenance is put forward which has the function of Tele-service and E-service. At last a predictive maintenance model is presented.
