燃气轮机涡轮盘温度及应力场计算分析

摘    要:用通用有限元计算程序ANSYS对某燃气轮机透平第一级涡轮盘的轴对称原模型温度和应力场进行稳态计算。计算中考虑了材料的非线性,惯性力和温度边界条件。分析了温度和应力场,根据计算结果对结构进行了修改,对修改前后的数据作了对比,提出了改进设计建议。本计算结果为涡轮盘疲劳寿命预测提供了依据。

Abstract:General finite element analysis procedures ANSYS was used to construct a two-dimensional axial symmetrical model of the first stage disk of a gas turbine and to computer its temperature field and stress field in steady state.Nonlinear of material parameters,mass force and heat transfer boundary conditions were mainly taken into account in computing.Temperature and stress fields of disk were analyzed.Disk structure was improved and the results were compared with those of the former. Suggestion was proposed for improving.Results bring out preconditions for fatigue life prediction of turbine disk.
