摘    要:某600MW亚临界汽轮机卧式布置主汽门经常发生关闭缓慢、卡涩甚至卡死的故障,严重威胁机组的安全运行和稳定运行.为了确定该类型主汽门关闭故障的原因,对主汽门及其阀杆的受力进行了分析研究,采用高温蠕变理论和有限元分析方法,对主汽门工作时的弯曲变形特性进行了研究,确定了主汽门阀杆弯曲变形与所承受的弯矩以及工作时间的关系.在高温和弯矩作用下,主汽门阀杆必将发生永久性的塑性变形,在主汽门的关闭过程中发生卡涩,提出了主汽门结构改进方法.所做工作对于解决各种卧式布置主汽门的关闭故障具有重要的参考价值.
