摘    要:采用活塞、活塞环和气缸套耦合的方法对 8E16 0型柴油机的活塞、活塞环、气缸套进行了三维温度场分析。以此为基础 ,对活塞组进行机械负荷和热负荷的耦合分析 ,计算了活塞耦合应力场 ,以深入了解活塞的热负荷状态及综合应力分布情况 ,进而为完成降低热负荷、改善应力分布的改进设计和进一步强化奠定了理论基础。讨论了 8E16 0型柴油机活塞和活塞销的三维有限元分析过程 ,并将本次温度场分析所采用的活塞组—气缸套耦合模型与活塞单一模型作了比较 ,结论为前者加载负荷的试算量比后者大大减少 ,并且精度高。

Abstract:The three-dimensional thermal analysis is processed upon the group of the piston,rings,cylinder and pin of 8E160 type engine.Based on the result of thermal analysis,(the analysis with) coupled thermal and mechanical loads is executed on the piston assembly.And the results of coupled-field analysis are presented,such as temperature field and stress field.Through the analysis,the status of thermal load and combined stress is cleared,and so,the improving measures to reduce thermal load as well as combined stress can be adopted.The coupled model of piston,rings and cylinder is compared with the model of single piston.The computations show that the former model is much more precise than the latter one,and the test computations of the former model are much less than that of the latter one.
