缸盖热疲劳裂纹扩展特点的模拟试验分析

摘    要:用试验的方法研究了热疲劳裂纹的扩展过程。利用S1100柴油机模拟火力板试件,在高频感应加热器的循环加热下产生热疲劳裂纹,用光学显微镜观察其热疲劳裂纹,通过摄像机全程跟踪整个过程,并将其记录在计算机里;最后处理、分析计算机里的信息,得出了一些热疲劳裂纹长度与循环数的关系式等,并就热疲劳裂纹扩展的特点等有关问题进行了讨论。

Abstract:The fatigue crack under thermal load extension is analyzed in this paper.Series of samples similar to the flame deck of cylinder head of S1100 diesel engine are tested experimentally.It is found that the thermal fatigue cracks(TFC) develop under the cyclic thermal load generated by high-frequency induction heat booster.An optical microscope is used to observe TFC,and the whole process is recorded in a computer.Recorded information in computer is analyzed and the correlation of the length of TFC to the amount of thermal load cycle is obtained.Meanwhile,and some issues related to the characteristics of TFC are also discussed.
