舌形挡板变截面涡轮增压器涡轮蜗壳内气体流动的研究

摘    要:本文在-模型上测试分析了舌形挡板变截面涡轮增压器涡轮蜗壳内气体流动规律,用丝线法和新探索的色泽法进行了蜗壳内气体流动显示,分析探讨了此种变截面涡轮增压器的工作机理,并将试验结果与计算数值进行了比较,获得了满意的结果,为设计优化舌形挡板变截面涡轮增压器提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Based on the experiment on a model, the flow characteristic of gas in a tongue-repelling-board variable geometry turbine casing is investigated. The flow distribution is visualized by using thread method and tincture method which is newly developed by the authors. The working mechanism of this type of turbocharger is analysed. The test results are compared with the computer calculation results, and the conclusion is satisfactory. Theoretical basis is supplied for the design and optimization of this variable geometry turbocharger.
