一种新型多杆内燃机的机构运动学与动力学的虚拟仿真研究

摘    要:运用虚拟样机技术对所提出的一种用于内燃机的新型多杆机构建立了Pro-E以及ADAMS模型。使用ADAMS机构学仿真程序进行了运动学与动力学模拟计算研究。结果表明,这种新型内燃机的运动学特性明显呈现出与传统内燃机不同的两大特性,非对称性和滞胀特性;前者将使发动机在相同转速下的进气和燃烧时间明显延长而压缩时间缩短,有助于改善发动机的燃烧和进气过程;后者有利于改善循环的热功转换效率;而动力学计算结果则显示,新型内燃机设计良好时膨胀行程中的活塞侧压力可以减小,而且成功地使活塞避开了在气缸压力的极值附近换向,这一特性有助于减小摩擦损失并降低活塞敲击产生的振动和噪声。

Abstract:In this paper,model of Pro-E and ADAMS of the engine with new multi-link mechanism is set up using dummy prototype technology.Calculations on kinematics and dynamics are conducted using ADAMS emulator.Simulation results show that kinematics characteristics of the new engine processes two properties: unsymmetrical movement and retarded expansion, the former will extend the duration of the intake and combustion and shorten the compression duration.The later is favorable to improvement of engine thermal efficiency.The dynamics calculation also shows that better designing not only means the reduction of piston side-stress during expansion process,but also refers to the avoiding of piston orientation changing at maximum pressure.
