四气门汽油机进气道流动特性的稳流试验研究

摘    要:通过自行研制的稳流气道试验台研究了一台单缸四气门汽油机进气道流动特性及其产生涡流和滚流的能力,分别试验了双气门全开、单气门开和单切向气道三种方案。研究结果发现,该汽油机缸内几乎不存在大尺度涡流,而只存在滚流,当关闭其中一个气门后,会得到较强的涡流,加导气片后,其涡流更强,但流通能力比双进气门全开差。对于滚流比,单进气门比双进气门略有提高,但差别不大。

Abstract:The flow characteristics of a Cagiva350 four-valve gasoline engine were measured on the steady flow rig, and the abilities of its generating tumble and swirl were also studied. Three schemes, that are the double intake valve opening, the single intake valve opening and the single tangent intake port, were measured in the experiments. The results showed that a large-scale tumble rather than swirl would exist in the cylinder in the case of two valves' openning. While a strong swirl was generated when one valve is closed, however, the flow capacity was less than that of double valve opening case. The tumble ratio of one valve opening was slight larger than that of double valve opening.
