摘    要:提出了一种评估涡轮增压柴油机系统可靠性的新方法。涡轮增压柴油机系统零部件的故障模式与3个重要参数有关,即故障模式发生概率、致命度及由故障模式而引起的损伤概率,在本方法中这3个参数用模糊语言变量来表示,由这3个参数合成则可得到零部件的可靠性评分,利用证据推理方法合成各子系统零部件的可靠性评分得到各子系统的可靠性水平,从而进一步得到整个系统的可靠性水平。文中以涡轮增压子系统的可靠性评估说明了该方法在涡轮增压柴油机系统中的应用

Abstract:A new methodology for the reliability evaluation of the turbocharged diesel engine system is presented in this paper.Three important parameters,i.e.,failure likelihood,consequence severity and failure consequence probability,are used to analyze a failure event associated with a component of the turbocharged diesel engine system.In the methodology,these three parameters are described by fuzzy linguistic variables,the reliability score of each component can be obtained by synthesizing the three fuzzy linguistic variables.An evidential reasoning approach is employed to synthesize the reliability score of the components of each subsystem,hence the reliability of the whole system is got.Finally the reliability evaluation of the turbocharger subsystem is presented to demonstrate the proposed new methodology.
