摘    要:以棉涤废料为炭前驱体,利用醋酸钙为模板剂,采用单因素法考察在不同热解温度、质量比和热解时间下制得的介孔炭对亚甲基蓝和四环素的吸附性能,从而筛选得到最佳制备工艺参数,同时利用氮气吸附?脱附曲线、扫描电镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱进行物化性能分析,并研究其对水中四环素的吸附规律。结果表明,制备棉涤废料基介孔炭的最佳工艺参数为:热解温度为800 ℃、醋酸钙和棉涤废料质量比为1.5∶1、热解时间为1.5 h。醋酸钙模板剂成孔性能优异,制得的介孔炭总比表面积高达1 106.630 m2·g?1,介孔率达到62%,对水中四环素的吸附过程符合Langmuir模型,为自发吸附,最大吸附值为506.40 mg·g?1。

Abstract:Cotton-polyester waste based mesoporous carbon was prepared by calcium acetate as a template. The effects of pyrolysis temperature, mass ratio of calcium acetate to cotton-polyester waste, and pyrolysis time on the adsorption capacity of mesoporous carbon for methylene blue and tetracycline were examined by single factor experiments to determine the optimum preparation conditions. The physicochemical properties of mesoporous carbon were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm curve, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and the infrared spectrometer. Its adsorption performance of tetracycline was studied. The results showed that the best preparation conditions of cotton-polyester waste based mesoporous carbon were at the pyrolysis temperature of 800 ℃, the mass ratio of 1.5∶1, and the pyrolysis time of 1.5 h. The template of calcium acetate had good performance for facilitating the pore formation. The prepared mesoporous carbon had the specific surface area of 1 106.630 m2·g?1 and the mesoporous ratio of 62%. Its adsorption process of tetracycline was conformed to the Langmuir model, which was spontaneous adsorption with excellent adsorption performance, and the maximum adsorption capacity reached about 506.40 mg·g?1.
