摘    要:高炉鼓风机作为鼓风机站重要的动力设备,同时也是耗能最大的设备,其耗电量占到鼓风机站总耗电量的97%以上,而送风管路阻力损失大小直接影响鼓风机的耗电量.以流体力学基本原理为基础,建立了高炉鼓风机机前管路阻损的数学模型.对鼓风机机前送风管路的阻力损失进行了理论解析,并与送风管路的实际运行阻力损失进行对比分析.这一模型的建立...

Abstract:A blower of the blast-furnace is the most important power equipment in the blower station and its power consumption is the largest one of all equipment.Its power consumption accounts for more than 97%of the total power consumption in the blower station,and the resistance loss of pipeline directly influences the blower power consumption.Based on the fluid dynamics,a mathematical model for calculating the pipeline resistance loss upstream of the blast-furnace blower is established.The pipeline resistance losses were analyzed theoretically,and the theoretical results were analyzed and compared with the resistance losses of the blowing system in practical operation. The mathematical model provides not only an effective reference for designing the blast-furnace blowing system,but also theoretical support for the enterprise blast-furnace blower efficient operation.
