模拟探讨喷油嘴孔径及孔数对柴油机燃烧特性的影响

摘    要:应用三维CFD模拟软件FIRE、发动机热力循环模拟软件BOOST以及燃油喷射模拟软件HYDISM,对喷油嘴孔径及孔数对柴油机燃烧特性的影响进行了模拟探讨。结果表明,喷孔直径和数目影响燃油的喷雾质量和油气混合质量,进而影响燃油耗量及碳烟、NOx的排放。

Abstract:Three-dimensional CFD numerical simulation tool FIRE, thermodynamic simulation tool BOOST and injection system hydraulics simulation tool HYDISM were used to discuss the effect of the diameter and number of nozzle holes on diesel engine,s combustion characteristics.The results showed that these two parameters have great effect on spray atomization and fuel-air mixture,thus affect the fuel consumption and soot,NOx emission.
