摘    要:重点开展了船用柴油机数字化设计关键技术研究,主要包括:柴油机数字化定义、典型关重件参数化设计、零部件可重用模型、柴油机功能化数字样机、燃烧系统多学科优化、柴油机数字化装配等。形成船用柴油机三维数字化设计能力,从而缩短柴油机典型关重件研发周期。

Abstract:The key technology research on digital design of marine diesel engine are carried out as an important task,which including:digital definition of diesel engine,parameter design of typical key components,reusable mode of components,functional digital prototype,multidisciplinary optimization of combustion system and digital assembling of diesel engine.Based on these work,3D digital design capacity of marine diesel engine is obtained,which can help to shorten the R&D cycle of diesel engine's key components.
