摘    要:介绍了Al Sn40-钢双金属轴瓦板材的性能、结构及材料要求。对国内最新研制的Al Sn40-钢双金属轴瓦板材的理化指标进行了详细检测,并与国外某公司的Al Sn40-钢双金属轴瓦板材的理化指标做了对比分析。分析表明:国内研制的Al Sn40-钢双金属轴瓦板材化学成分、机械性能、金相组织等方面已基本满足技术要求,但在材质疏松缺陷及结合强度等方面还存在一定差距,据此提出了改进措施。

Abstract:The performance, structure and material requirements of AlSn40-steel bimetal bearing plating are introduced. The self-developed new AlSn40-steel bimetal bearing plating is detected in detail with regard to its physicochemical indexes, and compared with the one made by a foreign company. The results show that the chemical component, mechanical performance, and metallographic structure of home-made AlSn40-steel bimetal bearing plating basically meet with the technical requirements. However, it still has the problems of loose structure and binding strength, hence improvement solutions are proposed.
