摘    要:以某大功率低速柴油机曲轴为研究对象,从曲轴系动态仿真模型中获得了曲柄销处工作周期序列动载荷谱,并以此为力边界条件,运用有限元分析法分析计算了曲轴工作周期结构强度。结果表明应力极值主要发生在主轴颈与曲拐相连部位上方的过渡圆角处,这一结论对曲轴设计和优化有一定意义。

Abstract:To study the structural strength of one large power low speed diesel engine's crankshaft,the load spectrum exerting on crankpin was gained through dynamic simulation,which was taken as force boundary,the structural strength of crankshaft was then calculated by FEA.Final results show that the extreme stresses mainly occurred on the knuckles between the shaftpieces and cranks,which is significant to the design and optimization of crankshaft.
