摘    要:辽宁东方发电有限公司#1、#2机组2×350MW汽轮机DEH系统由调阀位置反馈信号-HSS03-伺服阀组成闭环调节,由于位置反馈传感器LVDT和伺服卡的调整不当或故障导致反馈量的不准确会对机组的安全运行带来威胁。通过对DEH运行过程中出现的位置反馈传感器LVDT和伺服卡(HSS03)故障、伺服阀故障的几种原因进行分析,提出了伺服卡和位置反馈传感器LVDT的调整措施以及检修注意事项,从源头上保证了DEH系统的安全稳定运行以及各项功能的实现。

Abstract:2 × 350 MW steam turbine DEH system of unit 1 and 2 of Liaoning Orient Power Co.,Ltd. are a closed-loop regulation which made up of adjusting valve position feedback signal, HSS03 and servo valve, inaccurate feedback due to improper adjustments or failure of position feedback sensors LVDT and servo card will bring threat to the safe operation of the unit. Several failure reasons of the LVDT position feedback sensor, servo card HSS03 and servo valve during the DEH run are analyzed. Adjustments and maintenance considerations of servo card and position feedback sensor LVDT are advanced and ensure the safe and stable operation of DEH system and implementation of the function from the source.
