“十一五”节能：江西面临的挑战

节能降耗对江西经济社会意义重大，有利于江西经济结构调整和经济增长方式的转变，有利于构建“和谐江西”。“十一五”前三年江西节能降耗取得重大进展，全省单位GDP能耗累计下降12．2％，但是没有完成进度目标任务，后两年节能压力加大。目前制约节能降耗的不利因素仍然存在，江西节能形势所面临的挑战仍诸多，需要采取切实可行的对策，打好节能降耗的攻坚战、持久战。

"Eleventh Five-Years" Energy Saving :Challenge to Jiangxi

Energy saving and consumption reduction is significant to Jiangxi economic and social development which is benefit to economical structure adjustment, economical growth mode change, harmony Jiangxi construction. In past three years of ＂eleventhfive-years＂ we did not achieve the goal although we have made such great progress that GDP decreased by 12.2%.So the next two years we have to face to more pressure.At present we still need more suitable and feasible countermeasure to solve theseproblems due to some disadvantage factor existing.
