气体燃料发动机延迟供气管的理论和模拟实验研究

摘    要:提出了一种利用空气动力效应,实现发动机气体燃料延迟进气的新型供气系统,该系统不采用机械运动部件,能有效地控制气体燃料的进气起始时刻和进气持续时间。对该管系进气过程进行了理论分析计算,并利用空气进行了模拟实验研究。计算及实验结果表明,该供气系统可有效地延迟进气起始时刻并缩短进气持续时间。为解决气体燃料发动机因气门重叠角过在所引直的问题提供了简洁的途径。

Abstract:A new gas supply system, in which the inlet gas fuel can be delayed by using the air dynamic effect, has been introduced. The starting time and duration of inlet gas fuel can be effectively controlled by this system without moving any parts. The theoretical calculation and simulation experiment on this system have been carried out. The results show that this system can effectively delay the starting time and shorten the inlet gas duration time, it can solve the problem caused by the large valve overlap angle of gas engine.
