摘    要:本文提出了一种利用爆发噪声诊断内燃机失火故障的新方法。通过高压进油管压力信号的分析,将爆发噪声信号以内燃机一个工作循环为周期分割成多段信号。采用重采样技术,使分段信号长度一致并保证在时域上对齐。用等高线图法对分段信号进行能量面积分析。实践证明该方法可以准确的诊断出多缸失火故障及失火气缸位置。

Abstract:A new method is presented to diagnose the engine misfire by analyzed explosive noise in this paper. Firstly, the explosive noise signal is divided into many segments corresponding to engine's circulation that confirmed by analyzed pressure signal of oil inlet pipe. Secondly, resample technique is used to make that segments have identical length and align in time-domain. At last, contour map method is used to analyze the power area of segments signals. Practices prove that this method is good for diagnosing the engine misfire and finding the cylinders where the misfire occurs precisely.
