摘    要:应用有限元数值计算方法对495柴油机在增压前后机体的应力分布及变形情况进行了研究,根据分析结果对薄弱部位作了改进设计,并进行了改进设计效果评估。结果表明,采用此有限元分析方法可为机体的评估和多方案改进设计提供依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the finite element analysis calculation is applied to make deep study of the stress and the displacement of the 495-diesel cylinder block when the diesel engine is turbocharged. According to analysis result, the improvement design is applied to weak part and the improvement design is evaluated. Finally, the results show that FEM offers the basis for cylinder block of evaluation and many project improvement design.
