模拟高原进气压力时EQ6100汽油机燃烧室湍流场特性的研究

摘    要:介绍了应用LDV(激光多普勒测速仪)对EQ6100汽油机分别在平原和模拟高原进气压力时燃烧室内湍流场的测量结果,讨论了燃烧室内平均速度和湍流强度的分布和变化规律。结果表明,在模拟高原进气压力时,压缩上止点附近燃烧室内的湍流强度在平原进气压力明显下降。这是影响在高海拔地区运行的汽油机燃烧过程的重要因素。

Abstract:The measured results of two-dimensional tubulent flow field inside the combustion chamber of model EQ6100 gasoline engine under inlet pressures at simulated highland and sea-level respectively by means of LDV are presented, and the distribution and variations of the mean velocity and turbulence intensity inside the chamber are also discussed in this paper. Results show that turbulence intensity near the top dead center of the compression stroke under the inlet pressure at highland is obviously lower than that at sea-level. This is an important factor which effects the combustion process of a gasoline engine operating on the highland regions.
