摘    要:以某非道路高压共轨柴油机作为研究对象,结合标定工况下活塞温度场试验测试结果,建立了不同厚度的热障涂层活塞有限元仿真分析模型,分析了热障涂层对活塞基体温度场、热应力及热变形分布特点和变化规律的影响。结果表明,热障涂层活塞的最高温度较铝合金活塞最大降幅14.83%;热障涂层活塞的热应力随瓷层厚度的增加而降低,较铝合金活塞有最大42.44%的降幅;活塞在沿销轴方向的径向热变形大于垂直于销轴方向的径向热变形,变化幅度的差异导致活塞热变形不均匀性的产生。

Abstract:A non-road high pressure common rail diesel engine was taken as the research object. Based on the results of piston temperature test under rated condition, finite element simulation model of piston with different thickness of thermal barrier coating was established. The influence of thermal barrier coating on the distribution characteristics and change rules of temperature field, thermal stress and thermal deformation of the piston matrix was analyzed. Research results show that, the maximum temperature of the piston with thermal barrier coating decreases by 14.83% compared with the aluminum alloy piston. The thermal stress of the piston with thermal barrier coating decreases when the ceramic layer thickness increases, and it decreases by 42.44% compared with the aluminum alloy piston. The radial thermal deformation of the piston in the direction parallel to the axis of pin hole is greater than that in the direction perpendicular to the axis of pin hole, and the difference in the magnitude of the change results in uneven thermal deformation of the piston.
