摘    要:采用有限元法对6135柴油机机体进行了静力分析和模态分析,根据机体零件有限元分析和试验的对比,对机体组装件也进行了有限元分析。由此,研究了安装在机体上各主要构件对机体组装件固有频率的影响。为机的结构改进设计提供了依据。

Abstract:The Finite Element Analysis(FBA) method has been used to conduct the static analysis and model analysis on the cylinder block of Model 6135 diesel engine. Based on the comparison of the FEA on the parts of cylinder block and the test results, the assembly of the cylinder block is analyzed with FEA as well. The effect of the main parts of the cylinder block on the inherent freguency of the cylinder block assembly has been studied, the results can be used as data for the design and modification of the engine cylinder block.
