摘    要:应用有限元动态响应分析技术,对YT4135Z柴油机机体的动态特性进行了研究。在I—DEAS9.0软件平台上建立了YT4135Z柴油机机体的三维实体模型,并对其进行了合理的简化,选用四面体单元对机体三维实体模型进行了网格划分,建立了机体的有限元模型。采用工程上常用的Lanczos法计算出机体约束模态的固有频率和振型。在此基础上,考虑柴油机在稳态工作状况下,以气缸燃气压力、活塞连杆机构运动的惯性力和活塞侧压力等为主要因素,确定机体所受的激励力,利用模态叠加法对YT4135Z柴油机机体进行了动态响应分析计算。

Abstract:FEM response analysis technology was applied to the research of dynamic characteristic anslysis on YT4135Z diesel engine block. 3 D geometric model of the engine block was established on the platform of I DEAS 9.0, and then the model was reasonably simplified, in which tetrahedral elements were applied to mesh 3 D geometric model of the diesel engine block, the FEM model was constructed. Inhere frequencies and mode shapes of YT4135Z diesel block under constraint conditions were worked out by using Lanczos which is the most polular method to solve constraint modal anslysis in engineering.The exciting force on the engine block under the normal condition was calculated considering the major factors which include the cylinder combustion pressure, kinetic inertial force of a crank mechanism and piston side pressure. Mode superpostition was adopted to calculate dynamic response analysis on YT4135Z diesel engine block.
